What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Seven (7) days prior to the end of the free trial, you will receive an email notification stating that your trial will be ending soon. This email will contain a link that allows you to add payment if you would like to initiate a paid subscription. If you choose not to continue with a paid subscription, your free trial simply ends at the end of the free trial period (typically 14 days from when it began). You will receive an email confirming that your free trial has ended.
Do you provide a refund if I cancel my subscription prior to the next renewal date?
No, we don't prorate or refund partial subscriptions. Instead, you will continue to have access to all products contained in your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
