How do I convert from a free trial to a paid subscription?
In order to initiate a paid subscription for a product that you currently have a free trial for, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions Screen in your Account Settings as described in this article.
- Click on the Manage Subscriptions button in the upper right hand corner (see below).
- You will then be taken to the Current Plans screen. Click on the Add Payment Method button next to an individual subscription shown in the table (in order to add payment ONLY for that subscription) OR click on the "+ Add Payment Method" link (lower on the screen) in order to add payment for ALL subscriptions shown in the table (see below).
- You will then be taken to the Add Payment Method screen (see below). Add your payment information and click on the Update button.
Your payment information will be saved and your subscription will begin at the end of your free trial period, at which time your selected payment method will be billed for your subscription. Your selected payment method will continue to be billed at a monthly or annual cadence (as specified by your subscription) for as long as your subscription is active.
