How do I cancel an existing subscription?
In order to cancel a subscription (including Paid and Trial), follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions Screen in your Account Settings as described in this article.
- Click on the Manage Subscriptions button in the upper right hand corner (see below).
- You will then be taken to the Current Plans screen. Click on the Cancel Plan button for the subscription that you wish to cancel (see below).
- You will then be taken to a cancellation confirmation screen where you should click on the Cancel Plan button (see below).
After clicking on the Cancel Plan button (on the cancellation confirmation screen), your plan will be cancelled and you will no longer be billed for the subscription that you cancelled.
Shortly after cancelling, you will be sent an email confirming that your subscription was cancelled.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your product subscriptions until the end of your current billing cycle.
